Warren Township is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone property generally located at the northeast corner of Oglesby Avenue and Delany Road from R3, Single-Family Residential, to O1, Restricted Office. In addition, a Special Use Permit is requested to allow the expansion of a government office use. The subject property is the eastern 160 feet of the parcel located at 79 S. Delany Road.
