ZBA 8141 On the petition of Jeffrey and Constance Gorden, record owners of the

subject property located at 28550 W. Treetop Road, Ingleside, IL 60041 that is approximately

0.91 acres, seek the following variances from the requirements of the Lake County

Code and any other zoning relief as required:

1. Reduce the front yard setback from 30 feet to 23.1 feet to accommodate an

existing single family dwelling and for an attached garage addition.

2. Reduce the side yard setback from 19 feet to 7.5 feet to accommodate the

attached garage addition.

of the subject property located at 25333 W. Richmond Avenue, Antioch, Illinois that is

approximately 0.80 acres, PIN 01-25-409-038, seek the following variations from the

requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required:

1. To reduce the required front street yard setback, including the roof overhang, for

a detached garage from 50 feet to 9 feet. The exterior wall will be no closer

than 10 feet.

2. To reduce the required side yard setback for a detached garage from 10 feet to

8 feet.
