Action: A. Motion by Ald Seger, Seconded by Ald Taylor to authorize the proper City Officials to reject the Arbitration Award dated March 24, 2017, FMCS Case # 16-57971-1, in the Matter of the Interest Arbitration between The City of Waukegan and the Metropolitan Alliance of Police Waukegan Sergeants Chapter #285.

Action: A. Motion to accept a Letter of Intent for the purchase of certain City-owned real estate, and to authorize proper City officials to execute the Letter of Intent and Listing Agreement.

Steve Martin, Corporation Counsel, wanted record to state that the motion was held over to give more effort to communication with the proposed purchaser to reach a resolution relative to the language on the contract.
