(b) Bills: Vouchers 126260 through 126354 drawn on First Merit Bank, Total: $568,533.39

7. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Amending Zion Municipal Code Chapter 34 “Fire and Rescue” Section 34-17, “Transport Destinations; Limits” per Chief Lewis

(b) Authorizing entering into a ground lease agreement between Flat Rock Holdings, LLC and the City of Zion for certain property located at 2809 Damascus per Mayor Hill

8. Discussion/Authorization/Approval

(a) Tabulation of Bids – 2017 Street Program per Director Colangelo

(b) Consider granting extension of a Special Use Permit to allow for the construction of a greenhouse for the cultivation of medical cannabis in the G1 – General Industrial District, east of Deborah Avenue only as requested by Flat Rock Holdings, LLC per Mayor Hill
