Village of Volo Planning a& Zoning Commission met June 13.
Here is the agenda provided by the Commission:
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of May 9, 2017
2. Final Plat Approval: Remington Pointe North – Unit 3 & Unit 4
The Commission will consider a recommendation on the final plats for Unit 3 and Unit 4 for Remington Pointe North.
3. Public Hearing: Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – Non‐Conforming Structures & Uses
The Commission will consider recommending an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance related to non‐conforming uses, buildings, structures, and lots, which would require they be brought into conformance or removed in the event of a change in use or establishment of a new use.
