A. Determination of Historical Significance: Chapter 170 of the City Code requires a historic analysis of all single family homes prior to demolition. A summary of each property below will be presented to the Commission for their consideration.

1. Demolition Review: 211 Pine Point Drive(Requested by Nusrat Jahan, Community Development)

B. Request for Termination of a Demolition Delay: Pursuant to Chapter 170.040(E)(6): The HPC may terminate its review period at any time in the event that it determines, based upon a showing by the Applicant, that a bona fide, reasonable, and unsuccessful effort has been made to sell the Structure for which a Demolition permit has been sought, and/or that further time will not reasonably be expected to result in a sale or otherwise to result in the avoidance of the necessity to demolish the Struct
