(a) Consider Zoning Docket 17-Z-5, requesting a zoning change from Residential R-30 to Highway Business (HB) for property located at 5621 Route 173 as petitioned by J Brick Paving/Landscaping per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(b) Consider Zoning Docket 17-Z-6 requesting a Special Use Permit to operate a contractor storage yard for the purpose of operating a landscape business for property located at 5621 Route 173 as petitioned by J Brick Paving/Landscaping per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval with conditions.
(c) Consider Zoning Docket 17-Z-7 requesting a variance from Section 102-202(4) to locate an emergency backup generator on the front side of the building for property at 3140 16th Street as petitioned by Cancer Treatment Centers of America per Director Ianson. Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval.
