Public Comment – Agenda Items: The Board will accept public comment on items included on the meeting agenda
1. Approval: Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 15, 2018
The Board will consider approval of minutes for the May 15, 2018 regular Board meeting.
2. Approval: Treasurer’s Report / Payment of Bills: June 5, 2018
The Board will consider approval of the regular treasurer’s report detailing revenues and expenses for the reporting period ending on June 5, 2018.
3. Presentation: Eagle Scout Awards
The Board will recognize four members of Grayslake Boy Scout Troop 73 who were recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout.
4. Resolution 883: Approving an Amended Mutual Aid Agreement for NIPAS
The Board will consider approving Resolution No. 883, approving an amended mutual aid agreement for the Northern Illinois Police Alarm System (NIPAS). The Village Police Department has been a long-time member of this organization.
5. Ordinance 2018-0-14: Video Gaming Amendment
On the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, the Board will consider approving Ordinance No. 2018-0-14, amending the video gaming ordinance to prohibit electronic gaming kiosks.
6. Resolution 884: Economic Development and Job Retention Incentive Agreement – Flag Chevrolet
The Board will consider approving an economic development and job retention incentive agreement for Flag Chevrolet located at 1000 E. Belvidere Road. The proposed agreement would maintain the franchise Chevrolet dealership at this location. Village financial assistance toward business revitalization investments in the business are included in the 20-year agreement.
Public Comment: The Board will accept public comment on items of general interest.
