Fremont School District 79 issued the following announcement on.
Fremont School District 79 is donating student desks, chairs, tables, and cabinets to an organization that is slated to send the furniture to Trinidad.
At the close of the current school year, FSD79 will refurbish middle school classrooms, removing aging furniture and replacing it with modern furniture.
In all, 1,690 pieces of furniture will be removed and replaced during the summer remodeling project.
The donated furniture will be distributed by Food for the Poor, Inc., to schools that need the items.
