Village of Grayslake issued the following announcement on June 18.
As you are celebrating the July 4th holiday, please be aware that fireworks are illegal in the Village.
Fireworks are dangerous and even a single use of even one firework device could subject individuals to fines.
The Grayslake Police Department will strenuously enforce this prohibition.
