Ken Idstein has bagged the endorsement of the Illinois Federation for Right to Life organization in his run against Rep. Sam Yingling (D-Grayslake) in the 62nd District.
“The endorsements keep rolling in,” Idstein said in a post to Facebook thanking the group for its support.
With campaign season down to its final days, in a separate Facebook post, Idstein asked supporters to keep an eye out for missing yard signs.

“We've had numerous reports of our signs disappearing from people's lawns at key busy roadways and mysteriously replaced with my opponent's sign instead,” he said. “One of our supporters was sick of this happening repeatedly so he made his own sign....which was also stolen.”
Idstein has based much of his campaign on a platform of fiscal responsibility and property tax reform.
The 62nd House District includes parts of Avon, Fremont, Grant, Lake Villa, Warren and Wauconda.
