State House race: Democrat Didech wins voter tally in Libertyville Township

Daniel Didech led Republican Karen Feldman in votes cast in Libertyville Township for the District 59 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Didech appeared to outpace Feldman by a margin of 18.4 percent on Tuesday in the township.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Democrat Carol Sente, won by a margin of 2.6 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Republican Leslie Munger, who received 1,875 votes to Sente's 1,973.
