Q2 real estate sales report: Wadsworth

Median prices rose in Wadsworth over last year, and are up 20.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 15 homes sold in Wadsworth for a median price of $349,900. That's 23.8 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
