Q2 real estate sales report: Mundelein

Median prices declined in Mundelein over last year, and are up 9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 55 homes sold in Mundelein for a median price of $185,000. That's 3.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
