Q2 real estate sales report: Vernon Hills

Median prices rose in Vernon Hills over last year, and are up 9.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 155 homes sold in Vernon Hills for a median price of $330,000. That's 4.4 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
