Q2 real estate sales report: Long Lake

Median prices declined in Long Lake over last year, and are down 37.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 16 homes sold in Long Lake for a median price of $120,250. That's 22.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 1 home in Long Lake was in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Long Lake was $4,019.75 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.6 percent of their home's value in taxes.
