Lake Bluff Elementary School District 65 issued the following announcement on Jan. 11.

Three times per year, our students in kindergarten through eighth grade take a universal screening assessment designed to determine your child’s reading and math achievement. Beginning next week, students will be taking the NWEA/MAP Growth Assessment. This assessment is an adaptive assessment administered online in the areas of math and reading.

The schedule for LBES is available by clicking here.

The schedule for LBMS is available by clicking here.

Our teachers use the results of these assessments to determine how much your child has grown since the start of the school year and to determine if additional intervention and differentiation is warranted in the classroom. Parents will receive the results of the assessment later on in the month via School Messenger.
