Q3 real estate sales report: Ingleside Shore

Median prices rose in Ingleside Shore over last year, and are down 14.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 41 homes sold in Ingleside Shore for a median price of $172,000. That's 0.4 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
