How did Terry Link spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Terry Link's election campaign committee, Friends of Terry Link, spent $21,345 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Link's committee spent the most on reimbursement for dinner at golf outing in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,134) going to Lake County Federation of Teachers Local 504 COPE in Gurnee. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Link's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
