Democratic Charles Chuck Smith's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Charles "Chuck" Smith Judge, spent $10,844 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Smith's committee spent the most on marketing in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,325) going to Creative Word and Image, Inc. in Atlanta. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Smith's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
