How did Dick Barr spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Dick Barr's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Dick Barr, spent $4,462 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Barr's committee spent the most on advertising in the quarter, with 66.9% of this total ($904) going to Facebook in Menlo Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Barr's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
