How did Dick Barr spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Dick Barr's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Dick Barr, spent $1,488 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Barr's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($379) going to AwesomeCampaigns in Elgin. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Barr's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
