Long Lake home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Long Lake rose by $122,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,250 - a 165.2% increase over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Long Lake in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,990, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
