Warren Township Village Board met June 10.

PRESENT:
Suzanne Simpson Supervisor
Bill Gill Town Trustee
Mike Semmerling Town Trustee
Donna Radke Town Trustee
Ken Echtenacher Town Trustee
George Iler Town Clerk
Also Present: Highway Commissioner Amy Sarver, Business Services Diane Sarver, and Charlie Mullin, Assessor.
Call to Order.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Supervisor Simpson.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Supervisor Simpson led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call. Present: Suzanne Simpson, Supervisor, Bill Gill, Trustee, Mike Semmerling, Trustee, Donna Radke, Trustee; and Ken Echtenacher, Trustee.
Motion to Approve the Agenda. Trustee Echtenacher motioned, second by Trustee Gill to approve the agenda. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
Board Minutes of May 28, 2019.
Trustee Gill motioned, second by Trustee Semmerling to approve the Board minutes of May 28, 2019. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.
Public Comment.
None
Supervisor's Report: Supervisor Simpson brought it to attendee's attention the excellent spread in the May Township Officials of Illinois Perspective magazine. She submitted the pictures and verbiage and was quite pleased to see the results.
Treasurer's Report. The Treasurers Report was presented. Trustee Radke motioned, second by Trustee Semmerling to accept the report as presented. The motion was approved by unanimous roll call vote.
New Business:
A. Pay the Bills.
Trustee Radke motioned, second by Trustee Gill to pay the bills as presented. The motion was approved by unanimous roll call vote.
B. Park Bans.
None
There being no further business, Trustee Radke motioned, second by Trustee Echtenacher to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 p.m. The motion was approved unanimously by voice vote. The next scheduled meeting is Monday, June 24, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
