Mundelein small business owner Nell Rice has been installed as the new chairwoman for the Lake County Chamber of Commerce.
“We are really excited to continue this new amazing journey led by Nell,” the Lake County Chamber of Commerce announced in a news release. “She has been a great addition to our board of directors, and we are sure she will do a wonderful job leading our chamber family.”
The owner of Debbie's Floral Shoppe, Nell succeeds Michael Darling in her new post.
“We would like to thank our past chair,” the news release added. “Michael Darling did a marvelous job the past couple of years as our LCCC chair. Now he will work along with Nell and the board to continue taking the chamber to the next level.”
