Call to Order by Mayor Pecaro at 6:02 P.M.
1. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Pecaro, Aldermen: Hospodarsky, Fiore, Levi, Peterson, Slavin Alderman Falberg arrived at 6:04 P.M.
Also Present: City Manager Coren, Assistant City Manager Martin, City Clerk Baruffi, Administrative Assistant Litjens
2. Pledge of Allegiance
All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

4.1. 19-O-21 Moved by Alderman Slavin, seconded by Alderman Fiore to waive the first reading and approve an Ordinance Authorizing a Redevelopment Agreement Between the City of Highwood and Sidney Oko for the Property at 542-546 Green Bay Road, Comprising a Part of the Downtown TIF Redevelopment Project Area of the City of Highwood, Lake County, Illinois. All present voting aye, motion carried.

Yes: Aldermen: Slavin, Fiore, Hospodarsky, Peterson, Levi, Falberg
The public utilities will begin July 1, 2020, with the ground breaking scheduled to begin September 1, 2020.

7. Adjournment Moved by Alderman Hospodarsky, seconded by Alderman Peterson to adjourn the meeting. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried. Mayor Pecaro adjourned the meeting at 6:05 P.M.
