Grayslake home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Grayslake fell by $2,450 while total sales decreased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $177,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Grayslake in January 2019.
