CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Pecaro at: 7:36 P.M.

2. Pledge of Allegiance
All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Review of Minutes to be Ap proved
3.1. Moved by Alderman Fiore and seconded by Alderman Hospodarsky to approve the minutes for City Council: March 17, 2020 as presented. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried.
3.2. Moved by Alderman Fiore and seconded by Alderman Hospodarsky to approve the minutes for Committee of the Whole: March 17, 2020 as presented. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried.

5. Approval of Warrant List:
5.1. Moved by Alderman Fiore, seconded by Alderman Levi to approve the 04/07/2020 AP Warrant List for payment. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried.

The Council discussed the recent actions by several nearby communities mandating that face coverings be worn in most instances when outside private residences. The Council agreed that we should not legislate requirements at this time, since we were achieving substantial compliance without legislation, and since large public stores and gathering areas are not located in Highwood. The Council recommended monitoring the situation and making changes if new information is presented.
