My Republican colleagues must do more to purge anti-Semitic rhetoric from their followers. We can disagree harshly and have good faith debates about the merits of the state’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. But it is unacceptable for Republican leaders in Illinois to continue to be silent as an anti-Semitic movement is cultivated in their midst.
