Illinois State House District 59 issued the following announcement on June 26
Illinois got to Phase 3 because we stayed home, and we are now moving to Phase 4 because we wear masks. As businesses throughout Illinois are safely reopening, states like Texas and Florida who played politics and ignored science are moving backward and shutting down their economies again. You have to beat the virus to save the economy, and that’s what we are doing in Illinois.
