Illinois State Senate District 32 issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
I joined a number of my Senate colleagues in a letter (below) to Gov. Pritzker asking him to put aside the excuses and take positive action. One big improvement would be reopening Unemployment offices for face-to-face contact, with trained staff. Some of our fellow citizens have been waiting since March for help. The failures must end.
