On Sept. 14, Vishal Bakshi and Pooja Kachroo purchased a home at 385 Blue Ash Drive, Buffalo Grove from Gary David Musick Co. (trustee) and Susan Lynn Musick Co. (trustee) for $756,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $22,885.02. This is 3.03% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 26 properties sold in Buffalo Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Susan L. Musick has been registered to vote since 2008. Gary D. Musick has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
