On Sept. 30, Garrett R Tworek purchased a home at 17113 W. Cunningham Court, Gages Lake from Victoria Kotlar (trustee), Kotlar Leo and Victoria (trustee) for $228,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $4,740.18, which is 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 15 sales so far in Gages Lake in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Victoria Kotlar has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 17113 W. Cunningham Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoria Kotlar, 83, and Leo Kotlar, 86.
