On Nov. 30, Brandon J. Johnson and Aimee Johnson A. purchased a home at 431 College Ave., Winthrop Harbor from Lorraine M. McDowell Co. (trustee), Lynette Irene Henriksen Co. (trustee), Dennis James McDowell Co. (trustee) and McDowell Lorraine M. (trustee) for $212,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,934.70, 2.8% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 18 sales so far in Winthrop Harbor in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lorraine M. McDowell has been registered to vote since 1952 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Republican Primaries.
