36 Forest Ave., Fox Lake acquired by Steven Robert and Tobey Ligeza

The home at 36 Forest Ave., Fox Lake was sold on Jan. 31 by Stephen E. and Heather M. Rohde for $205,000. The buyers were Steven Robert and Tobey Ligeza.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,746.62, 0.85% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 16 properties sold in Fox Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Heather Rohde has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Stephen E. Rohde has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
