On Jan. 27, Joseph and Jeanne Fratini purchased a home at 1141 Kevington Drive, Antioch from Reynaldo A. and Salve I. Pobocan for $385,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,678.26, 3.03% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 21, 2006. It last sold for $398,824.

So far in January 2022, 22 properties sold in Antioch.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Reynaldo A. Pobocan has been registered to vote since 2007. Salve I. Pobocan has been registered to vote since 2007.
