The home at 306 E. Willow Drive, Round Lake Park was sold on Jan. 26 by David F. Strom, Melissa F Barnett and Melissa F. Strom (now known as) for $140,000. The buyers were Juan Carlos Medrano Salgado and Juana Saavedra De Medrano.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,053.58, 2.18% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 20, 2006 for $129,000.

So far in January 2022, five properties sold in Round Lake Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Melissa F. Strom has been registered to vote since 2013. David Allen Strom has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
