On Jan. 25, Glenn Campbell purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3821 Bertrand Lane, Beach Park from Miguel Casillas and Yannett Carrillo for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,116.44, 3.25% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was June 11, 2018. It last sold for $189,500.

So far in January 2022, eight properties sold in Beach Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Miguel Casillas has been registered to vote since 2018. Yannett Carrillo has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
