On Jan. 24, Abhishek Varghese and Namitha John purchased a home at 30 Monterey Drive, Vernon Hills from Matthew S. and Grace E. Gall for $316,900.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,662.18, which is 2.42% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $279,000 on Nov. 27, 2017.

So far in January 2022, 24 properties sold in Vernon Hills.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Grace Gall has been registered to vote since 2018. Matthew Gall has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 30 Monterey Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michelle A. Riskin, 36, Robert R. Riskin, 35, Grace Gall, and Matthew Gall, 36.
