The home at 234 S. Catalina Drive, Round Lake was sold on March 24 by Mark G. Mieritz for $275,000. The buyers were Martin A. Millan and Yurizet Villa.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,043.98, 2.56% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 40 properties sold in Round Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mark G. Mieritz has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 234 S. Catalina Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mark G. Mieritz, 61, Jill D. Mieritz, 62, and Clayton R. Mieritz, 37.
