On March 28, Marc Ashley and Carolyn Holland purchased a home at 1630 Alexis Court, Lake Forest from Marina Morelli Suc (trustee), Cynthia Tobin Suc (trustee) and Poulakidas Thomas K. (trustee) for $1,655,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $29,807.24, which is 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 67 properties sold in Lake Forest.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cynthia L. Poulakidas has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1630 Alexis Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cynthia L. Poulakidas, 48, Thomas K. Poulakidas, 84, and Elise A. Poulakidas, 82.
