On March 29, Venkata Sri Rama and Harika Challa purchased a property at 3136 Newport Lane, Waukegan from Andrew J. and Elizabeth M. Nemeth for $380,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $11,111.66, which is 2.92% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on May 3, 2018 for $320,637.

So far in March 2022, 130 properties sold in Waukegan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Andrew John Nemeth has been registered to vote since 2018. Elizabeth M. Nemeth has been registered to vote since 2018.
