First half of 2022: Home prices in Lotus Woods increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lotus Woods rose by $118,000 while total sales increased by 350 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 236 percent increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lotus Woods in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lotus Woods for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,020, approximately 1.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
