Continued Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of an amendment to Section 159.154, Personal Wireless Service Facilities Overlay District, of the City Code to designate a site or sites for telecommunications facilities such as cell towers, monopoles, and antennas in the vicinity of Waukegan and Everett Roads for the purpose of improving wireless service in the Waukegan Road Business District and more broadly in the 4th Ward.
