The District 76 Summer Exploration Camp offers an opportunity for Diamond Lake
students entering grades K through 8 to engage in various educational and fun
activities at no cost. Scheduled from Monday to Friday, from June 5th through
July 2nd, the camp will be hosted at West Oak Campus, ensuring a familiar and
safe environment for all participants.
Attendees will be provided with breakfast to ensure they start their day right.
The camp features instruction in both English and Spanish, catering to a diverse
student body. The curriculum is designed to be engaging and enriching, focusing
on reading, math, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and
Mathematics) activities. The program aims to foster creativity, critical
thinking, and a love for learning among students.
