ZD6 Academy hosts wellness event with relaxation techniques and fun activities

ZD6 Academy recently hosted a wellness event featuring Amy Hamilton and Jenny Cutlan at West Elementary's gymnasium. The session, held on Tuesday evening, focused on relaxation techniques, diet tips, and engaging games such as mini- pickleball and giant ball volleyball.

Participants were encouraged to initiate their wellness journey by setting one wellness goal, finding an accountability partner, and creating a mantra to maintain focus.
