5 Essentials Survey | United Township High School District 30
5 Essentials Survey | United Township High School District 30
The 5 Essentials Survey, part of a research-based school improvement system, is now open to UTHS & UTEC families until March 28, 2025.
The survey aims to identify five key indicators that lead to improved outcomes for all students, including better attendance and academic performance.
The five indicators identified as positively affecting school success are Effective Leaders, Collaborative Teachers, Involved Families, Supportive Environments, and Ambitious Instruction.
Research indicates that schools strong in at least three of the 5 Essentials are ten times more likely to improve student outcomes.
Parent and family input is considered critical in determining the strengths and growth opportunities within the school. Families are encouraged to participate in the survey by searching for United Twp High School (1275 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, IL 61244).
