WPS is seeking nominations for the FRED Award, aimed at recognizing employees who excel in customer service.

The award seeks to honor those who consistently make others feel welcome, maintain composure in challenging situations, and advocate for customer needs even when it complicates their own tasks or those of their team.

Nominations are open to any WPS employee who serves a diverse customer base including students, parents, guests, vendors, board members, community members, and neighbors.
