**Article: School Announcements for April 24, 2025**

On April 24, 2025, the school released several announcements pertinent to students and staff.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The lunch menu includes Mandarin Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Vegetable Egg Roll, Mike’s Cheese Bites, Broccoli, Mixed Green Salad, Applesauce, and Strawberries.

Students are reminded that all prom guest forms must be submitted to student services by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 30th. The guest's ID must be stapled to the signed form. Forms can be picked up in student services or the general office.

Prom tickets will be on sale during all lunches from Tuesday to Thursday, April 29th-May 1st. They will be sold out of Ellen's store in the cafeteria at a cost of $20.00 for single tickets and $40.00 for couples. Prices at the door will increase to $25.00 for singles and $50.00 for couples. Only Juniors or Seniors or their guests may attend prom.

UTMP Percussion Placements begin April 30th and will take place Wednesday nights from 6 pm-8 pm in the UT Band Room with Mr. Joe Angelo and Mr. Pete Philhower.

GUIDANCE:

Seniors who still need to complete the FAFSA are invited to attend a workshop in the UT Commons today from 6-7 pm. Parents are welcome as well. An email has been sent with a list of items to bring.

CLUBS:

A student council meeting is scheduled for this Friday in Mr. Welch's room (109S) at 7:30 am. The agenda includes a panther pant recap and discussions on ABC Countdown, Exec Board applications, and final student council activities for this school year.

All Student Council executive board applications are due by Tuesday, April 29th to Mrs. Colgan in room 172N. All positions are open.

No Gearheads Club meeting this evening.

SPORTS:

Girls Basketball open gym is tonight from 6:00-7:30 pm in Gym B.
