11.3. A motion authorizing the City Manager to sign a proposal from Christopher Burke Engineering to engineer lead service line replacements for 60 properties for $40,060.

11.4. A motion authorizing the City Manager to sign a proposal from Christopher Burke Engineering to engineer water plant improvements for $95,630.
